Our Mission
HCP3 has the mission of offering a progressive range of support services focused on facilitating the successful integration of target groups with high criminological risk factors and improving public safety in the community. This mission supports the difficulties faced by at risk youth, returning citizens, and veterans. The greatest challenges experienced include housing, employment, social support, and mental wellness.
Our Vision
The organization is founded with the vision of providing access to resources for community members to enable them to be self-sufficient.
